The Oki Phoenix (sim.kitevan.com) is a private scheduling tool for a small group of invited users. It is not open to the public.

What we collect

• Account details: your username, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google account ID as provided by Google.
• Sign-in records: Amazon Web Services may log sign-in activity for security.
• Changes you make: edits to the schedule are recorded with your username in the item's history.
• Files made for you: each time the site makes a lineup card's or the schedule's files, we record your username, what was made, how long it took and whether it worked, so we can find and fix problems.

How we use it

Only to let you sign in, decide what you can see and change, send you sign-in codes and invitations, and show who changed what in the schedule. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with anyone.

Where it is kept

In Amazon Web Services (Amazon Cognito, DynamoDB and SES) in the us-east-1 region. Emails are sent from no-reply@kitevan.com.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile (name and email address) and Google account ID. We don't access your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.

Removing your data

Ask the site administrator to delete your account and it will be removed from Amazon Cognito. Your username stays in the history of schedule items you edited.
